Robin Fogel is President of Robin
Fogel & Associates, LLC, an
executive coaching and human resource consulting business. Robin works
with businesses, individuals and not for profits. She provides advice
on staffing issues, develops emerging talent, and helps the client
create an effective and productive organization. She has been active
in coaching senior and emerging staff leaders at businesses and universities.
Recent assignments have been highly varied and included helping clients
with business structure and growth, business strategy development,
board relations, internal and external communications and staff delegation.
She also works with individuals in all stages of career development.
Prior to starting the Company in 2000, Robin had over
20 years of experience as a Human Resources Director and NJ Assistant
State Treasurer where she was responsible for all administrative operations
for a 5,000 person department. Robin has a BS in Business Studies and
an MA in Human Development, is a graduate of Coach University, a professional
training program for coaches. She was trained in the Emotional Intelligence
(ECI) 360 program from Hay Associates which assesses the emotional
competencies of individuals and organizations.
Robin writes the “Ask the
Coach” column for
the APIW Insider (a publication of the Association of Professional
Insurance Women) and publishes a monthly newsletter on topics of interest
to the business community. She presents customized keynotes, seminars,
staff development and communication workshops to companies and professionals,
service and community organizations.
Robin serves on Rider University’s College of Business
Administrations Executive Advisory Council and is Executive in Residence
for Career Development, providing coaching and career development workshops
for their MBA and MAC students.
