About Robin

Robin Fogel is the President of Robin Fogel & Associates, LLC. She is a career and executive coach and human resource consultant dedicated to helping businesses, not-for-profits and individuals be more effective. She provides advice on staffing issues and helps organizations develop their emerging talent. Her coaching style is pragmatic and down to earth, centered on her personal philosophy that loving your work and loving your life shouldn’t be incompatible goals.

With over 20 years in leadership positions as an Assistant State Treasurer of NJ and Human Resource Director, Robin has an MA in Human Development and a BS in Business Studies – Finance and Accounting. She is a graduate of Coach University, a professional training program for coaches, and is certified by the Hay Group to offer their Emotional Competency Inventory.

Robin serves on Rider University’s College of Business Administration Executive Advisory Council. She presently writes the "Ask The Coach" column for the APIW Insider (A Publication of The Association of Professional Insurance Women), and presents customized Keynotes and Seminars to professional, service and community organizations.

In addition to her work experience she is a wife and mother of two fabulous young adults. Robin is an active community volunteer, serves on a number of Boards of Directors, and is an avid gardener. In her spare time she can be found being pulled by her dogs.
